I’m here to help.

Approachable and empathetic by design, I coach from a place of authenticity — and help clients do the same. My coaching is grounded in an ICF-accredited certification (coursework complete, credentialing exam in Fall 2026) and more than 15 years leading teams and advising senior leaders inside mission-driven organizations. I don't coach from theory alone — I've sat in the seat: building a team from scratch, managing up, navigating reorganizations, and making the calls that come with real accountability. That means our work together goes beyond talking through a problem; it's about clearing the barriers — internal and organizational — that keep good leaders stuck, and building the clarity and confidence to move forward.
What this looks like: 1:1 coaching for leaders navigating a promotion, a reorg, management challenges, a hard team dynamic, or the quiet erosion of confidence that comes with doing too much for too long. Sessions built around ICF core competencies — powerful questions, active listening, and space for you to generate your own insight rather than borrow mine.

Whether you're navigating change or building culture, I help teams get on the same page and move forward with intention. I've built and led teams of up to seven, launched entirely new functions inside established institutions (stewardship, digital marketing, communications), and been brought in specifically to align people around a shared strategy when the old way of working had stopped serving the organization. I bring a people-first, systems-aware approach: understanding how a team actually operates day to day, not just what the org chart says it should do.
What this looks like: Team offsites and facilitated planning sessions, manager coaching and onboarding design, culture and change-management support, and translating a leader's vision into a plan the whole team can execute.

Helping organizations move from reactive to intentional — working alongside leaders to develop strategy, build better systems, and connect the dots between people, priorities, and outcomes. This is the through-line of my career: I'm comfortable in ambiguity and skilled at building the scaffolding — KPIs, workflows, communications systems — that turns a good idea into something sustainable.
What this looks like: Organizational and communications strategy, board and donor engagement planning, marketing and strategy audits, and advising executives on institutional messaging, reputational risk, and priority-setting.
